The TRES-P-500 Proximity Reader offers durable performance and robust construction, making it a practical and robust solution for a vast range of access control requirements. Operating with 125-kHz Proximity RFID technology, it provides a reliable read range of up to 8 inches and requires no battery for operation.
Based upon proven contactless digital radio frequency identification (RFID) technology, Pyramid readers interface with a wide range of electronic access control systems by complying with the Wiegand communication protocol. They offer value-added features such as MAXSecure ™ and fleaPower™ and can be ordered to support several proximity cards and tag technologies. Additionally, Pyramid cards and tags are passive devices, eliminate maintenance by requiring no battery, and can be ordered to support several proximity reader technologies.
