SCP Cat5e UTP (unshielded twisted pair) Direct Burial cables meet ANSI/TIA 568.2-D Category 5e and ISO/IEC 11801 Class D standards. SCP Cat5e UTP Direct Burial cables are constructed with a high-quality Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) direct burial jacket that provides high impact protection and superior puncture resistance while retaining flexibility and strength even in harsh environments. This is a true direct burial cable unlike many other cables advertised as direct burial that use inferior PVC-based jacketing.
Each Cat5e UTP Direct Burial cable is 350 MHz 24 AWG with insulated solid bare copper conductors. The cable construction includes water block tape for moisture resistance. This creates a round and flexible cable.
Applications
High-performance IT, LAN & Ethernet installations. Suitable for use in all Class D structured wiring systems. PoE/PoH Compliant.
